Build your Own Beer!

High Gravity makes it easy to homebrew your own masterpiece! Choose extract or all-grain BYOB, select the grains, hops, adjuncts, spices and yeast for your beer. You can even name your beer. Let us know whether you need it crushed and we will put it all together for you.

Please note that the grains selected for the Build Your Own Beer kits are mixed. If you do not want your grains mixed then you will need to order them separately from the Product Catalog.

Build your Own Brewery!

Build your own brewing system based on 15-gallon vessels to brew 5-10 gallons of beer.

For 20+ gallon batches choose the 122 qt or 30 gallon vessels.

Need a brewing stand, add the Blichmann Engineering’s TopTier Modular Brewing Stand then add the components you want.

Want to go all electric? Then add a Shelf Tier to the TopTier for the HLT, Mash Tun and Brewpot.

Want a combination of electric and gas? Then add a Shelf Tier for the electric components and a Burner Tier for the propane.
