A very popular general purpose yeast, displaying both very robust conservation and consistent performance.
This yeast produces superb flavour profiles and can be used for the production of a varied range of top fermented special beers (Belgian type wheat beers, Trappist, etc.).
Final gravity: high.
Recommended temperature range: 15ºC-24ºC.
Recommended pitching rate: 50 g/hl to 80 g/hl.
Also used for bottle-conditioning (recommended pitching rate: 2.5 g/hl to 5 g/hl).
