Review Comments: Brewed in Aug of '13, with Wyeast 3822, bottled in October @ 8.53% ABV... But one bottle remained in May of '15. it was smoother and rounder but the raisins and spices and complexity were still there. Next time I'll hide it for a year.

Review Comments: 11 months into this and opened a bottle. Smooth....... Layered flavors and great mouth feel. I have not found a quad to purchase that comes close. Do this kit. I did mod the kit with additional pound of Belgium sugar and 2.5lbs of dme. It is a little boozy flavored. but the math says it is 10.8 ABV. Interesting enough the black cherry has faded and black plum flavors have come to the fore. Great mouth feel. though the head is not as thick and creamy at this point. Could be the particular bottle.

Review Comments: This is an awesome beer. I kept it in primary 3 weeks then straight to bottle. I used the dry yeast option (2 packs). I tried it after 2 weeks in the bottle and it was GREAT! It kept getting better every week! I am a huge fan of Boulevard's 6th Glass. This was as good or better in my opinion! Thaks H.G.! Great kit!

Review Comments: I like a beer with a high gravity and lots of layers of flavor. This beer is it. When new at about two months I was a little disappointed. Now at 6 months the layer have blended into something that even my light American commercial beer drinking Dad is amazed by. Don't let the price hold you back. A good Quad is 12.00 USD and up a 750 ml. In another 6 months I will crack another. Some are already in deep storage for the 4 yr run. I will let you know in 2016 how they are.
