Review Comments: I just received this system approximately one week ago. I have never brewed anything beyond partial mash and extract. I just complete a dry run of the system using only water and so far am very happy with how it operates as well as the customer service from Dave and his staff. The wort hog is easy to operate and heats my mash tun within about 20-25 minutes. I had a good rolling boil in about 15 minutes. I have had some leaks in areas that I will likely need to use plumbers tape on threaded areas that do not need to be sanitized. I had an issue with one of my pumps and Dave spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me helping to troubleshoot the issue. I think written instructions that come with system could be better. I found myself watching Dave’s brew video trying to understand where pieces connect, hook-ups go, etc. Overall I am extremely pleased with the equipment, service, and everything associated with this product.
