Imperial Yeast Winter Seasonal
A specialized wine strain perfect for seltzer fermentations. Paramount is a very clean and aggressive fermenting yeast. Combined with the correct amount of nutrients, this strain will produce an excellent seltzer with low fusel levels. This strain is produced on our Gluten Free media, Imperial does not recommend the use of this strain in wort based fermentations.
The Paramont yeast strain is produced on 100% gluten-free growth media.
