"AWESOME!!"
Kevin McD on 8/14/2014 3:46:09 PM
Review Comments: I brewed this for the first time about a year ago and it was delicious. The second brewing I added 5# of raspberries in the secondary. Awesome balance of sweet, spice, and sour notes - the intense bright red color didn't either. Crowd favorite from my brewery!

Review Comments: Very good beer. I chose to brew this in the fall/winter, but who cares? It is a very easy drinking beer, one that would probably be popular with everybody at a party. I definitely recommend!!!
"sulfur"

Review Comments: The wyeast 3463 can give off a sulfur smell. It can be faint but noticeable if you're fermenting in a closet or your bedroom. Also, I've read lots of people saying they keep temps during the first couple days of active fermentation at mid to upper 70's, then move it to a cooler place and let it subside back down to upper 60's to low 70's.
"Oat Straw"

Review Comments: Will be using this in a charity competition in November. Has a HUGE hit at last years Super Bowel!!! Don't hesitate to brew this.
