Electric Brewing Systems
We have built thousands of electric brewing controllers, and electric brewing systems over the past decade. We build Electric BIAB, 2-Vessel and 3-Vessel systems (RIMS and HERMS) in many sizes. We design our controllers to be simple, intuitive, rugged, compact and reliable, plus we take care of the controllers that we build for life.
Electric Brewery controllers are offered separately, or as part of a TurnKey system. The Turnkey systems can be tailored with configuration options for vessels, pumps, chillers, and controllers. We even have a Build Your Own Electric Brewery page, where you can build a custom system from scratch. Whether you like to brew recipe kits, or are thinking about going pro, electric brewing is a big step up from propane.

Deep in the forests of Southeastern Oklahoma, among the tangled vegetation and infant mountains, there roams a creature that legends are made of. It stands over eight feet tall, and has razor sharp claws that can rip the flesh off any living creature. Covered in a thick weave of fur, this creature quietly blends in with the surrounding vegetation. For those who seek it, it remains elusive; only trace evidence of its existence remains.

In Oklahoma, it is known as the Boggy Bottom Monster. Across the world, it's better known as Bigfoot.

It's BAAAACK!!! Our pumpkin beer seasonal offering available September through December!!!

This spiced beer is inspired by Tulsa Brewing Company's Old Punkin' Head. The brewpub is no longer in business but their recipe is a frequent request from Tulsa customers that want to recreate one of their favorite holiday beers.

Old Punkin' Head was their most popular seasonal offering. It was traditionally brewed in late September-early October and was available on draft through Thanksgiving weekend or until the tap ran dry. The original "revivalist" recipe is often credited to 'Buffalo' Bill Owens who was the founder of the third brewpub in the USA, Buffalo Bill’s Brewpub in Hayward, CA which is still cranking out their famed Pumpkin Ale after more than 25 years.
