Review Comments: After my first use of the 5500W heating elements I am very happy to say these are an amazing alternative to gas heat and to be honest prefer them much more as a primary use rather than an alternative. Strike water temp took roughly 10-15 minutes to hit and boil roughly 23-28 minutes for a 5 gallon batch. These have great control with the power sources available and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do electric brewing. Biggest Pro of all is they allow for use indoors.
