FOAM Membership

The purpose of the Fellowship of Oklahoma Ale Makers, Inc. (FOAM) is to promote beer literacy through education, preparation, and responsible enjoyment of quality beer. FOAM is incorporated as a non-profit organization with the State of Oklahoma, and is a registered American Homebrewers Association (AHA) homebrew club. The information provided on this application is for club use only and is for the sole purpose of establishing membership. Members must be of legal drinking age in Oklahoma (21 years).

Note: Dues paid before November 1 shall confer membership for the calendar year in which the dues are paid. Dues paid between November 1 and December 31 shall confer membership for the calendar year in which the dues are paid, and for the subsequent calendar year.

Member's Release of Responsibility
Please treat this as a legally binding contract. By Filling out the information below you accept the conditions of this agreement. Expulsion from this club will result from conduct detrimental to the interests of FOAM.

My participation in this club is voluntary. I know that participation in this club can involve consumption of alcoholic beverages. I know that alcoholic beverages can affect my perceptions and reactions. I accept personal responsibility for my conduct, behavior and actions. I completely absolve the American Homebrewers Association^® and the Fellowship of Oklahoma Alemakers^® of all responsibility for my conduct, behavior and actions. I will henceforth obey the rules of conduct and policy as outlined in the club constitution.
